LICENSING SUMMARY

When you buy a Skinny Created product, you’re buying a license to use it, not the product itself.

Standard License: Use it for one client project or for your own business. You cannot resell the template, share it, or use it for multiple clients.
Extended License: Use it for multiple client projects or in finished digital products you sell, like PDFs or online courses, as long as the original template file cannot be edited or reused by others.

Ownership always stays with Skinny Created. You cannot claim the designs as your own or redistribute editable files.

Step 1: Asynchronous Trello Onboarding: No scheduling or onboarding calls required. We keep the entire project streamlined and organized inside a dedicated Trello board. All you need is a free account. You simply drop in your brand assets, colour palettes, and mood references directly to your board whenever suits you, and we take it from there.
Step 2: Direction & Concept Testing: To eliminate guesswork, we produce an initial test batch of 15 concepts on Trello exploring a few distinct visual directions. We review this test batch together via comments, lock in your feedback, and agree on the definitive creative direction before full production begins.
Step 3: Production & Batch Grading: Once the direction is approved, we move into full production. We generate your remaining images and put the entire collection through a meticulous post-production process. Every asset receives consistent colour grading and precise light treatments to ensure the entire library looks like a cohesive, single-day location shoot.
Step 4: Final Library Delivery: We deliver your completed library of 50 finished, high-resolution, retouched assets directly to your Trello board, alongside documentation confirming your full, unrestricted usage rights. Download and deploy immediately.

The Bespoke Brand Image Library is a fully customized creative direction and asset generation service. Each collection is built exclusively to your specific brand requirements and cannot be resold, reused, or transferred to another business.

Due to the highly personalized nature of this service, we are unable to offer refunds or contract cancellations once you have signed off on the initial creative direction. Furthermore, because the assets are built to your exact approved specifications, revisions are not included after the final 50-image library has been delivered.

The 50% Refund Guarantee Stage

We have built a safety net into the initial phase of the project to ensure you feel confident. If you review the first 15 test concepts on your Trello board and feel that we cannot align on the visual direction, you may request a cancellation. At this stage, a 50% refund will be issued. The remaining 50% is non-refundable and covers our creative direction, platform fees, and the pre-production work completed to that point.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you have purchased the service but have not yet uploaded your brand assets or initiated the onboarding process on your Trello board, you may request a full refund. Please contact us at studio@thealteredit.com within 14 days of purchase to request a cancellation.

No. The usage rights granted are strictly for the promotion, branding, and marketing of your business. You cannot include these images as part of any commercial products for resale or redistribution.
