Licensing

Every Alter Edit stock collection comes with a commercial license, so you can use the images across your brand and your client work with confidence.

STANDARD COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Included with every stock collection. Use the images on websites, social media, ads, email, launches, presentations and printed marketing, for your own business and for unlimited client projects. You may crop, edit, color grade and add text or graphics to the images. The license is worldwide, perpetual and non-exclusive.

PACKAGING AND LABELS
You can use the images on product packaging and labels for up to 500 units per image. Registration is free. Before production, email support@thealteredit.com with your order number, your business name and the products you plan to make. For runs above 500 units per image, an Extended Packaging license is available at 95 USD per image for up to 5,000 units. For larger runs, contact us for a quote.

WHAT THE LICENSE DOES NOT COVER
Using an image as the main artwork on merchandise or print on demand products, such as posters, prints, mugs, apparel or yoga mats.
Using the images inside templates, presets or digital products that you sell or give away.
Reselling, sharing or redistributing the image files, edited or unedited.
Using the images in a logo or trademark.
Using the images to train AI models.
Adding the images to another stock library or image collection.

MERCHANDISE
If you would like to use an image as the main artwork on a product, email support@thealteredit.com with details of your project. Merchandise use is considered case by case.

OWNERSHIP
Ownership of all images stays with Alter Edit. Your purchase gives you a license to use them under these terms.
