TWO LANES, ONE SYSTEM

Each day runs in two lanes. The enterprise lane carries an invoice tracker, lead pipeline, mileage log and tax preparation pages. The household lane holds birthdays and key dates, a weekly meal plan and a gift list. Use one lane or both. Most people who run a small business keep two diaries. This 2027 A4 planner replaces both.

THE YEAR AT A GLANCE

53 weeks, 12 months, 4 quarters and a 365 day matrix, with year at a glance, quarter horizon and month opener pages. England and Wales bank holidays are marked, with the Scottish and Northern Irish days noted. Clock changes, Mothering Sunday and Father’s Day are included.

Key HMRC dates sit beside every month, including the 31 January and 31 July Self Assessment payments, the 5 April tax year end and the 31 October paper return deadline. They are reminders only, not tax advice.

RATE OF RETURN

A simple scoring system built into your weeks. Score your energy and your output from 1 to 5 each day, then divide to get your daily return. Over a quarter you see which weeks are worth repeating. A worked example is included.

DAILY PAGES

An hourly grid for time blocking, enterprise and household tasks for every day, and space for your daily energy and output scores.

HOW TO PRINT

Print your 2027 A4 planner at 100 percent, or actual size, on a home printer. Choose double sided or single sided files to suit your printer. A5 pages can be printed two to a sheet on A4 and cut down the middle. Pages are mirrored for duplex printing, so the inner margin sits correctly on both sides.
